Pre-field Work
  • Stimulus – Brainstorming session with seniors on the content and flow of the questionnaire/ DG
  • Translations done in consumer language by lingual experts. Back translation done wherever required
  • CAPI script link will be tested by seniors and the link will be sent to the client for mock checks and rectification
  • Briefing done personally by Seniors to Operations and attend all subsequent briefings
  • On field team selection based on respective domain expertise
During Fieldwork
  • 100% Scrutiny, 20% backchecks, proof of visit (GPS) and telephonic backcheck (20%) by respective experts
  • 100% audio recordings for all CATI surveys at key KPI questions, which are verified by the QC team
  • The field Manager will attend all qual fieldwork and initial quant fieldwork
  • Surrogate spot checks at the venue to ensure recruitment fit
  • For Home interview/ audits, TG fit is checked by physical verification over and above the standard RQ questions
Data Processing
  • Automated Checks on achievement of sample and quotas
  • Validation of length and location of the interview
  • Data validation – completeness of interview, check for straight-lining, speed responses, logic, outliers, etc.
  • Transcription of interviews done by experts. In the case of local language, the transcription is first done in the same language and then translated in English
  • Transcriptions are shared with our client on rotation basis
Data Reporting
  • Reporting tables checked by the Researchers before initiating the report writing
  • Content writing will be done by the researcher who attends the Qualitative groups/IDIs
  • Code list will be cross-checked by the Seniors to ensure that all the verbatim are captured in a proper way
  • Report structure and flow will be discussed with the client before staring the report preparation
